Thirty years
of building on
the North Shore

We explore a range of design alternatives early on. Those studies refine the program, clarify your priorities, and keep the design aligned with the budget you've set.

New houses, renovations and additions. This is most of our work, and it's where the practice started.

Our approach
How a project
actually runs
Most of what goes wrong on a building project is a communication problem rather than a design problem. We work in five clearly marked phases so everyone knows what has been decided, what hasn't, and what the next decision costs.
