Our commercial practice
Public buildings,
same standards
Private clubs, clubhouses and retail fit-outs. We run these the same way we run a house: the same drawing standard, the same coordination with consultants, the same presence on site once construction starts.
Our commercial clients have mostly been private clubs, non-profits and small business owners around Chicagoland. Budgets tend to be tighter than on residential work, which makes the decisions in the first two phases matter a good deal more.
